I've decided that I would like to add event planning to my list. I seem to be involved with this on a semi-frequent basis, so I'll be posting thoughts regarding events that I'm involved in, in charge of, ideas regarding events and activities, how to make things run more efficiently, and what things went well. First stop, the Student Family Housing Opening Social that will be tomorrow, followed by last minute decor/flowers for my mother's wedding next week and the first FHE of the school year that I will be involved with planning! I will write more on all of those events when I get there.
Ciao!

The Start of Something New
This blog will be a forum for all of my Khreations. I have thought a lot the past few months about how much I would like to have more outlets for my Khreativity, as well as to be able to develop my own various Khrafts and Khreations. I would eventually like to be able to earn some money with the things that I will make and build, on top of being able to accessorize uniquely, decorate my home and contribute to the decor of my friends and family.
Let me first begin by explaining why I have a tendency to spell things with a 'k' sound with a 'kh'. My name is Khristine (which is essentially the same name as Kristine or Christine, for those that are still confused). Yes, I was given my name with this spelling upon my birth. I am not named after anybody in particular. My parents had no special friends or Saints that they revered which have this particular spelling attributed to them. My mother, to my understanding, just thought it was pretty. Many other people have told me they think it is a pretty spelling, also. Thanks, Mom. An
yhow, I began spelling other words this way during a show that I was in. This show was Disney's "Beauty and the Beast" in which, as one of the lead dancers, I was to portray a wolf. Now these wolves were quite creepy and, since I was the creepiest of them all (for I am SUCH a marvelous actress ^_~), my friends and I began to adopt the spelling 'khreepy'. Thus, my newest nickname is "Khreepy Khristine". How can anybody with such an interesting name lineage not be Khreative?! Don't worry, I probably won't spell everything that has a 'k' sound with a 'kh'... It doesn't make a phoenitic difference, but I'm sure it becomes quite strange after a while.
Well, that's a quick introduction to me! I will begin posting my thoughts and ideas as I gather them, and you will all be able to see the earning/khreating/khrazy potential that is Khristine. We'll start with the current slideshow I have posted at the top of the blog page. I will be changing them periodically to fit different themes or display new khreations.
